Brand Purchase Terms

Once payment has been received (all purchases are final), the brand is removed from the Brand Stand and allocated exclusively to you. From there, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can apply your business name to the brand.

Customisation

This is a pre-made brand and is provided largely as-is. Included customisation is limited strictly to updating the brand name to reflect your business.

Any changes or additions beyond this, including colour adjustments, illustrations, typefaces, layouts, or other brand elements, are considered additional scope and will be quoted separately at an additional cost.

Timeline

Brand customisation and final file delivery typically take between 1–2 business weeks, depending on our current workload. This timeline is significantly faster than a fully bespoke branding project.

Fonts + Printing

Typeface font files used within the brand are included as part of the package. Print services are not included.

Four (4) editable PSD mockups are provided as workable Photoshop files. Please note that print-ready files are not included.

Handover Files

All final brand assets are supplied in ready-to-use formats, including file types such as JPG, PNG, and PDF.

We also include a layered Photoshop working file, providing access to key layers and texture files. This file can be used as a flexible template for future brand applications.

Photography

Up to six (6) images are included within the branding concepts. These images are sourced from platforms such as Depth to Stock Photography and Unsplash and are supplied as part of the overall brand direction.

Payment

All payments are processed via online invoice.
All sales are final, however we’re always happy to answer any questions prior to purchase.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been completed. However, if you experience technical issues with the files or are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@frendcollective.com with details about the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it. We ask that you carefully review product descriptions, previews, and details before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs. Our goal is to provide a positive experience, and we're here to assist with any concerns.

How do I access my downloads?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access and download your digital products. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for this email. The link will allow you to instantly download the files and start using your new resources.
